From £12.71 up to £18.81 on Bank Holidays plus paid mileage.

Driving license and use of own vehicle is essential for this role.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and fun individuals to join our team supporting 3 independent people with learning disabilities, living together in their own home. The family live in Redcar and Cleveland and are in there 30’s. This is not your typical care job — it’s about empowering people to live life their way, build confidence, and enjoy every day.

You’ll be supporting individuals who are active, social, and love to get involved in their communities. No two days are the same — from helping someone plan a holiday, to joining them for a gym session, a coffee trip, or a movie night.

The shifts that are available are:
Monday – Friday, 3pm-8pm
Monday – Friday 7am – 10am
Monday – Sunday, 10pm – 7am (sleeping nights)
Every other weekend – 24 hours cover required with varying shifts available
Additional periods during holidays at day centre where 24 hour cover is required offering varying shifts
Occasional cover during trips away and holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes
• Encouraging choice, confidence, and personal development
• Supporting to access clubs
• Helping with daily tasks (like cooking, budgeting, and planning routines)
• Supporting social activities, hobbies, and days out
• Promoting a positive, fun, and inclusive environment
• Building genuine relationships and making a real difference
• Supporting with domestic tasks
